A blend of Blues, Jazz & Americana, Old Saw is the offspring of Nickie and Charlie Farr. What started as a solo
project for Actress/Singer/Songwriter Nickie Fuller Farr in about 2004, turned into a band when her husband,
drummer/guitarist Charlie Farr joined in! With dynamic vocals, gypsy~ blues~guitar, and a percussive edge,
Old Saw is sure to draw you into the story…

Children’s Winter Wonderland Tea

At Portsmouth Public Library, Children of all ages are invited to an afternoon of wintery fun and wintery treats in the Levenson Room.

Enjoy hot cocoa and join the creative college-aged hosts from UNH Alpha Delta Phi co-ed literary society to make snowflake cutouts, pipe cleaner reindeer and candy canes, marshmallow snowmen, and more.

Learn fun winter facts and explore the science behind snowflakes.

Children under 10 years old must be accompanied by a parent.

Vintage Christmas

The Music Hall and Strawbery Banke Museum are teaming up this year to bring “Vintage Christmas” in Portsmouth to residents and visitors. The month-long holiday celebration features everything from candlelight strolls at Strawbery Banke Museum and live holiday performances at the Music Hall to the new Pop Up Market at the Music Hall Loft.

Experience the magic of an old fashioned Christmas season at the 33rd Annual Candlelight Stroll through Strawbery Banke’s outdoor living history museum. Get $2 off on all tickets purchased before Nov. 30. Tickets can be bought online or at the museum store. Dec. 1st & 2nd, Dec. 8th & 9th, Dec. 15th & 16th. Saturday’s 5-9 PM. Sunday’s 4-8 PM at Strawberry Banke.
